Installed OpenWRT on my access points, it just works and it actually works better than the stock firmware, including supporting WPA2/3 and not having an annoying bug dropping connections sometimes.
The power of good FLOSS like OpenWRT is that it can be a viable alternative to whatever it's replacing which makes people actually want to use it

My hot take of the day is that urbanists are right about almost everything but are really obnoxious which makes people want to side against better planning
I personally don't like suburban sprawl and exclusive single family homes but if you have that choice and go with it, cool that's your problem people should be able to decide
