@zonk wdym, hiring managers exclusively work on rejecting people at 03:00 on a Sunday, that's when everyone does it. At least that's what it seems like, when I get an email at 04:02 for a job I applied to the day before I definitely did not get auto-rejected from.

@Griffith @Hoss because acknowledging that things have statistically gotten worse for people under the age of 30 contradicts what they experienced and have been told and instead of blaming systemic issues it's much easier to blame the "other" (see, Occupy Wall Street getting consumed with identity politics, other examples I can't think of right now)
