@benis_redux The funny thing is he was also correct that most urban centres are so full of NIMBYs that they will also achieve nothing. All of the stuff he wanted Seattle to do never happened. The monorail has 2 stops and the neighbourhood he lives in is only full of old rich people because they never built housing because the NIMBYs kept worrying about property values or some other BS

I respect both urbanites and ruralites, death to NIMBYs, and suburbanites aren't human.
