Living in the middle of nowhere surrounded by farms makes me respect farmers less; most of them are entitled, live off of government subsidies and will hire whatever is closest to legally allowed slaves to do their work for them

@icst True, the problem is most companies are so bureaucratic the disconnect between HR and the person who is actually looking for someone that they're probably looking for two completely different kinds of people

The job market for basically anyone under 30 but especially between the ages of 20 and 25 is so unbelievably cratered literally no one wants to hire anyone without experience anymore

@sneeden I am unfortunately. Anything with less than at least 3 years of professional only experience is basically entry level to HR and hiring
