The hardest part about doing something isn't doing the thing it's thinking of a name that doesn't sound like gibberish or it spawned out of a PR firm

Turns out company ethics only work until your co-workers boss' boss gets involved and tells you to do something you were told to never do

@zero There's so much you can grift about on any side of the political spectrum. Anything from video games to books to "health products" that don't do anything to ChatGPT wrappers. If none of those work you can also just do fraud

I don't think people actually understand how React Native works they just see React or JavaScript and scream (they should at React because React sucks)

Actively preventing myself from writing an "It's the Economy, Stupid" blog post about how almost every social issue is a completely pointless debate but I don't want to talk politics much or sound like a schizophrenic

@vic @zonk That would only work in an idealistic world of rational market acting spherical cows of uniform density. People will lie, cheat and steal to get ahead and the people who have the most money and power are usually the most willing to be malicious for more. Community has been destroyed for decades for a multitude of equally valid reasons so money is all that's left for most.
I've personally seen one of my parents try to strive in the system most of their adult life. What did they get for it? Laid off from a good well-paying job at a place they had been working in for 20+ years. Workplace loyalty gets you nothing. You will be used until you're not useful anymore and promptly discarded
