@zonk I went to one club there by accident, apparently every first Friday of a month, in Red Hook, they do miracle Friday and the whole downtown turns into a club block party thing but yeah that's fair. It's definitely for older people that want bars and beaches

@sam also it wasn't even really a coup, when he broadcasted his message to the JSDF people in the building they just laughed at him and called him a fag until he opened his stomach with his word and then his secondary couldn't cleanly cut through his spine with his katana

@sam he led the coup because the character in the 2nd book does the same thing, I think being gay (unconfirmed) brain rotted him because he missed the Meiji restoration and grew up in the Showa era. The occupation of Japan probably blew this dudes mind away by the way he writes about how disgusting Western things are
